A-Star Software LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Euchre 3D, Spades+, Hearts+, and Solitaire+ mobile applications (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your Personal Data without your consent.

I. Personal Data Collection and Purposes

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Yahoo Flurry and Fabric that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information and other statistics.

Cookies. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We will disclose your Personal Data where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

If A-Star Software LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Data we have collected from you.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

VII. For Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia have certain choices regarding your personal information, as described below.

Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed and sold about you during the past 12 months.

Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you.

Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, you may go to the “Help” screen in the app and select “Do Not Sell My Info”, where the appropriate instructions will appear.

VIII. For Residents of the European Union (“EU”) – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share your Personal Data. If you are a resident of the EU, you are subject to the GDPR, which becomes effective on May 25, 2018, and the following terms also apply to you. We are the Controller and responsible for your Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy describes above the Personal Data we collect from you and how we use it. We will only use your Personal Data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Data in the following circumstances:

Specifically, we have a lawful basis for processing each type of Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy, which are as follows. We collect Identity Data and Contact for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, and responding to your requests/inquiries, all of which is necessary for the performance of a contract with you to provide the Service. We also collect this information for improving our services, which is necessary for our legitimate interests to study how users use our products/services, to develop them, to grow our business and to inform our marketing strategy. We collect Technical Data and Usage Data for our legitimate interests in improving the Service, running our business, provision of administration and IT services, network security, to prevent fraud and in the context of a business reorganization or restructuring. We collect Friend Data for the purpose of allowing you to find and connect with your friends in our mobile applications.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you ( this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Note that we may process your Personal Data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. Please contact us support+access@astarsoftware.com if you need details about the specific legal ground we are relying on to process your Personal Data where more than one ground has been set out forth in this Privacy Policy.

We may have to share your Personal Data with the parties set out below for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

External Third Parties

We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We are based in the United States, which is where all of your data will be processed.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

X. Children's Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at support+access@astarsoftware.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 5/27/2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
